Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user and revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create detailed reports on user activity and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
• Present findings and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Continuously seek ways to improve data collection, analysis processes, and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Experience with customer analytics and understanding of e-commerce metrics is a plus.
