Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user and revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create detailed reports on user activity and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
- Present findings and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Continuously seek ways to improve data collection, analysis processes, and reporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Experience with customer analytics and understanding of e-commerce metrics is a plus.
