Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- General Ledger Management: Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Month-End and Year-End Close: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support overall business objectives and ensure financial alignment.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- Proven experience in the e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software Bravo and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
