Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Create compelling and shareable content for diverse social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is aligned with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continually optimize social media efforts.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media content, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
- Foster relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand the brand’s reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative ideas.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
