  1. Product Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming products from various suppliers to ensure they meet the specified quality standards.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures for each product category.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
  2. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of product inspections, quality testing, and relevant documentation.
    • Generate regular reports on quality control metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
  3. Collaboration with Suppliers:
    • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to communicate quality expectations and standards.
    • Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with product development teams to establish quality criteria for new products.
    • Communicate effectively with various internal departments to ensure alignment on quality control processes.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and implement enhancements.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements to enhance quality control methods.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.).
  2. Proven experience in quality control, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  3. Strong understanding of diverse product categories and associated quality standards.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying product defects and quality discrepancies.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Familiarity with relevant quality control tools and methodologies.
