- Provide hands-on leadership to the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions.
- Reliably deliver high-quality software for a secure, reliable, high performance, high availability experience for end-users
- Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with the international development team.
- Having responsibility for the quality of the code written by the engineering team
- Actively research and apply new technologies to continuously improve overall system performance
- Provide robust coding practices, solid unit/component test coverage, and debugging code
- Growing your team through recruitment process including technical interview, onboard and training talented and passionate engineers
Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years experience in Software Development. Have experience in building large, complex solutions in environments like Healthcare, Government services or security
- Have solid experience in designing & developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems
- Have experience in backend development using Java or .Net
- Familiarity with database MySQL or Postgres
- Experience working with AWS, with CI/CD pipelines and testing.
- Have worked in a SaaS environment previously
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willing to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues
- Have a good working knowledge of leadership & coaching skills (both in technical & human relations).
