  • Drive business growth on e-commerce platforms and develop the seller network on social media.
  • Ensure consistent execution of advertising activities on e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage the internal Growth team and ensure the progress and quality of products/projects are on schedule.


  • Drive business growth and market share through long-term and short-term advertising programs.
  • Responsible for building projects related to e-commerce, including improving business performance on e-commerce platforms and expanding the seller network on social media.
  • Identify growth opportunities for each business and convert them into monthly business plans.
  • Collaborate closely with e-commerce platforms and internal teams to plan overall monthly business activities and ensure timely execution.
  • Campaign effectiveness reporting: During and after each campaign, provide new ideas for sales strategies.
  • Ensure business and brand rankings on each platform, in each industry, according to specific timeframes.
  • Responsible for project revenue, execution costs, and compiling data for monthly sales reports.
  • Responsible for creating P&L for projects and increasing company profits while managing the company’s growth and competitiveness in the market.
  • Manage and be accountable for the performance and work quality of the internal Growth team.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in fields related to business, marketing, commerce (including digital commerce).
  • Minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, e-commerce, etc.
  • Understanding of E-commerce communication, continuously updating trends, models, and business plans on digital platforms.
  • Ability to search, analyze, and systematize information.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Good project management skills.
