Job Description
- Reliably deliver high-quality software for a secure, reliable, high performance, high availability experience for end-users
- Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with the international development team
- Having responsibility for the quality of the code written by the engineering team
- Actively research and apply new technologies to continuously improve overall product performance
- Provide robust coding practices, solid unit/component test coverage, and debugging code
- Provide hands-on leadership to the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions for the e-commerce web apps.
- Growing your team through recruitment process including technical interview, onboard and training talented and passionate engineers
Your skills and experiences
- At least 4 years of experience with front-end role
- Have solid computer science background and able to solve complex problems through logical thinking process
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with one of popular CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind
- Solid experience with NextJS and their concepts like SWR, …
- Experience in modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g. Turborepo, Webpack, NPM, Git).
- Experience working with cloud services like Azure, Vercel is a plus
- Experience with containerize tool like Docker and CI/CD process
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment and able to thrive within ambiguity
- Self-motivated, proactive, solution and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through able to deliver results with minimal direction
