Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Control Specialist to oversee financial activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in accounting, auditing, and financial management, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Analysis

Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.

Monitor financial indicators and market trends to support decision-making.
2. Budgeting and Financial Reporting

Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Conduct variance analysis and recommend adjustments.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with domestic and international accounting standards.
3. Tax Compliance and Management

Oversee VAT and corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of VAT and corporate tax returns.

Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and implement necessary adjustments to tax strategies.
4. Cash Flow Management

Monitor cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.

Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Optimize the company’s liquidity strategy.
5. Compliance and Auditing

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are preferred.

Preferred 3–4 years of experience in auditing at Big4 firms or equivalent.

In-depth knowledge of accounting standards.

Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools.
