Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the e-commerce landscape.
• Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and preferences to support marketing and sales strategies.
• Perform competitor analysis, including pricing, product offerings, and promotional activities.
• Gather data through surveys, focus groups, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define research objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present research findings and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor industry news and developments to anticipate market shifts and emerging trends.
• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches to provide insights for future planning.
Job Requirement:
• BA / BS/ Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 year of work experience in Market Research, Consulting, or Marketing
• Strong business acumen and data analysis skills are prerequisites.
• Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to work under extreme pressure; able and willing to learn quickly.
• Willing to be hands-on with strong project management abilities
• Resilient, reliable, and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and open learning.
