Key Responsibilities
As a Product Analyst, you will:

Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to analyze product usage, feature adoption, and user engagement.

Use data tools (SQL, BI platforms) to extract, clean, and visualize data.

Build dashboards and reports to track product KPIs: retention, conversion, churn, feature usage.

Conduct A/B testing and help assess product experiments for new feature rollouts.

Perform funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and segmentation to uncover growth opportunities.

Support weekly/monthly product performance reviews with insights and recommendations.

Collaborate in defining event tracking plans with the product and engineering teams (Google Analytics, Appflyers, or similar).

Document insights, methodologies, and data definitions clearly for internal use.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

Strong knowledge of SQL.

Familiarity with basic data visualization (e.g., Metabase, Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).

Understanding of product metrics: DAU/MAU, retention, churn, conversion, session time, etc.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
-
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Good communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with Google Analytics, Appflyers, or Firebase.

Exposure to Python (Pandas, Matplotlib) or R for analysis.

Knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and customer journey analytics.

Experience with A/B testing frameworks.
