Key Responsibilities:

Design automated engagement journeys (email, push, in-app) to increase agent retention and repeat sales.

Segment agents based on activity level and performance to deliver personalized engagement campaigns.

Develop simple, easy-to-understand micro-training content for agents with low tech skills.

Implement reactivation campaigns for inactive agents through automated messaging flows.

Analyze and identify friction points in the agent journey to improve experience and sales efficiency.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

2–4 years of experience in Engagement, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention.

Strong skills in behavioral data analysis, user segmentation, and A/B testing.

Knowledge of retention, reactivation, and repeat purchase metrics.

User-centric mindset with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
