Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for designing and executing full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and manage high-impact campaigns in a volatile, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is adept at navigating unpredictability, bringing a creative, data-driven approach, a strong leadership mindset, and a proven track record in high-budget campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Own and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics to optimize performance.
- Lead and coach a marketing team of 7, fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
Key Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a campaign leadership role.
- Background in fast-paced industries such as startups, FMCG, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale marketing campaigns with budgets of $100K+.
- Proficiency with modern marketing and collaboration tools like Lark, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities.
