About the Role
We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst with a strong background in requirements analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management. You will act as the bridge between business teams and technology teams, ensuring that requirements are well understood, documented, and delivered into impactful digital solutions. Prior experience in e-commerce or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements activities: discovery, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Translate business needs into clear and structured BRD, PRD, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process/data flow diagrams.
- Work closely with Product Owners, PMs, Tech Leads, Developers, QA, and UX/UI designers to refine backlog items, support sprint planning, and ensure smooth Agile delivery.
- Manage the full requirements lifecycle, including version control, traceability, and change management.
- Conduct business process modeling (BPMN), data mapping, and identify system impacts and dependencies.
- Coordinate and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring solutions meet business goals and user expectations.
- Provide advisory to stakeholders, proactively manage expectations, and align solutions with business outcomes.
- Mentor junior BAs and contribute to BA best practices and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.
- Proven ability to lead requirements analysis in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in process modeling, user story mapping, and data analysis.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, draw.io, Figma, and basic SQL for data validation.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English; ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, ERP, CRM, or digital platforms.
- Knowledge of API integration, system workflows, and data-driven decision making.
