Job Description:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy for the mobile app
- Build and implement multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to grow key application metrics
- Design and deploy A/B testing experiments to optimize conversion rate and user experience
- Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI for advertising channels
- Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize user experience and increase retention metrics
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Marketing, Communications or related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience working in e-commerce or fintech/banking is an advantage
- Deep understanding of ASO, mobile user acquisition and retention strategies
- Strength in implementing digital campaigns for apps (increasing new users, re-marketing, optimizing app metrics)
- Deep knowledge of automation tools (Insider, Braze, MoEngage, OneSignal, Clevertap,…) and ability to set up and optimize automation flows
- Experience working with MMP (Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava,…) to track and analyze campaign data
- Data analysis skills, knowing how to use Google Analytics 4, Firebase, basic SQL is an advantage
