- Leading the design process for Droppii e-Commerce products
- Working with the product team on the concept of the product, defining product design architecture and user flows
- Participating in user research to better understand our customer needs, initiating your ideas and gathering feedback and insights
- Building prototypes, conducting usability testing, and creating final designs
- Generating innovative solutions, and improving existing features
- Constantly improving in identifying UX problems to provide better user experience
- Overseeing the variety of design projects, ensure design and user experience is consistent across the consumer solutions
- Working with the other partners to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround
- Contributing ideas for making the application better and easier to use
Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years in designing web / mobile products
- A strong portfolio with visually appealing, and well explained UX/UI interactions
- Good user-centric & problem-solving mindset
- Proficient in various interactive and visual design software tools
- Value well-crafted designs and pay attention to details
- Proficiency in typography, sketching, composition, layout, colour, iconography, illustration
- Teamwork and time management skill
